Embedded within a major national enterprise undergoing a large-scale transformation portfolio, we designed and delivered a complete process management capability from within — using existing technology, existing teams, and real organisational complexity. This included the full ways of working, delivery model, governance framework, and tracking mechanisms. A team of contractors was led, coached and developed to operate the capability autonomously day-to-day under the framework created.
Engaged to design, build and deliver a complete enterprise process management capability for a leading international NGO operating across multiple countries. Created the capability framework, policy, standards, maturity matrix and improvement mechanisms. Procured and implemented enterprise-grade process mapping software, recruited and trained the incoming Process Manager on-site, and delivered the strategic and tactical roadmap for a 0–5 year capability horizon. Ongoing coaching and consultation continues with staff and leadership.
